Kyneton

Kyneton is a town in the Shire of Macedon Ranges, about 78 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Its commercial centre is Piper Street and High Street, two of the town's three main streets. Piper Street retains many original buildings, while Kyneton station on the Deniliquin railway line provides weekday peak-hour services and the town serves as the council seat.

Kyneton is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites in an established town centre, alongside warehouses and factories for local business activity. The historic streetscape supports a traditional regional commercial setting. Nearby markets include Gisborne, New Gisborne and Daylesford.
