Kogarah

Kogarah is a southern Sydney suburb in the City of Kogarah, about 13 kilometres from the Sydney CBD, and serves as the centre of the St George area. Belgrave Street is a principal commercial street, while Kogarah railway station is served by Sydney Trains' T4 line. The Princes Highway is the main road through the suburb, and Toomevara Lane is a heritage-listed site.

Kogarah has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites, and some warehouses and factories forming a varied local stock. Nearby comparisons include Rockdale, Bexley and Carlton.
