Kirrawee

Kirrawee is a southern Sydney suburb in the Sutherland Shire, about 22 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial centre is The Boulevarde and Bath Road, within a suburb split between commercial and residential areas. North Kirrawee contains commercial and industrial properties, while Kirrawee railway station on the Cronulla line sits beside the shopping village on Oak Road.

Kirrawee is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories concentrated north of the train line and in small to medium-sized industrial areas. The commercial stock includes local business premises near the station and larger industrial uses towards the northern part of the suburb. Nearby leasing markets include Jannali, Sutherland and Miranda.
