Kingsgrove

Kingsgrove is a southern Sydney suburb across the City of Canterbury-Bankstown, Bayside Council and Georges River Council, about 13 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial centre is The Crescent and St Albans Road, with commercial and industrial development north of the railway line and west of Kingsgrove Road. Kingsgrove station is on the T8 Airport Line, and the M5 and M8 motorways connect through the suburb.

Kingsgrove is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories concentrated around the northern commercial and industrial areas. Its stock sits close to major road infrastructure and the railway station, while the main shopping centre lies south of the station. Nearby markets include Beverly Hills, Roselands and Belmore.
