Kingscliff

Kingscliff is a coastal town in Tweed Shire, south of Tweed Heads. Its commercial centre is Marine Parade, a coastal trading strip shaped by the beach community and access to the estuary. Kingscliff is a tourist destination with holiday accommodation, swimming, surfing, fishing and water sports, and is part of the traditional country of the Bundjalung Nation.

Kingscliff is a mixed commercial market, with shopfronts and hospitality premises serving visitors and residents, alongside medical or consulting suites. The commercial stock is closely tied to the coastal village setting and visitor economy. Nearby commercial areas include Tweed Heads South, Tweed Heads and Coolangatta.
