Kings Park

NSW 2148

Kings Park is a western Sydney suburb in the City of Blacktown, about 31 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial centre is the southern half of the suburb, where industrial development sits between the Richmond railway line and major roads including Harvey Road. Marayong railway station serves the suburb on the Richmond line, and the Blacktown-Parklea branch of the North-West T-way also serves the area.

Kings Park is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories concentrated in the southern half of the suburb. The commercial stock is separated from newer residential homes in the north and from shopping facilities in neighbouring suburbs. Nearby leasing markets include Blacktown, Bella Vista and Seven Hills.
