Kincumber

Kincumber is a south-eastern Central Coast suburb in the Central Coast local government area, about 47 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial centre is Avoca Drive, a main road through a suburb nested between Kincumba Mountain Reserve and the Kincumber Broadwater. Kincumba Mountain is used for picnics, bushwalking, orienteering, parties and carnivals, while the suburb also has two skate facilities.

Kincumber is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories used by local businesses, alongside hospitality premises and medical or consulting suites. The commercial market sits within a community suburb shaped by its reserve and waterways. Nearby commercial areas include Erina, Terrigal and East Gosford.
