Kenwick

Kenwick is a mixed residential, light industrial and semi-rural suburb in the City of Gosnells, about 13 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Its commercial centre is Albany Highway, the main south-east arterial, with a mixed retail and commercial centre near the railway station. The suburb also contains remnant agricultural land, native wetlands including the Brixton Street Wetlands, and the Canning River along its south-western edge.

Kenwick is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories located along Albany Highway and around the suburb's light industrial areas. The commercial market sits beside residential land, smallholdings and conservation areas. Commercial comparisons include Beckenham, Maddington and Welshpool.
