Kensington is an inner-city Melbourne suburb in the City of Melbourne, about 3 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Its village-style commercial centre is associated with Bellair Street and Bakehouse Road, alongside Victorian terraces, cottages, warehouse apartments and newer buildings. Kensington station serves the Craigieburn line, while tram route 57 runs along the northern edge of the suburb.
