Kensington

Kensington is an eastern Sydney suburb in the City of Randwick, about 5 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Anzac Parade is the principal commercial street, with a shopping strip extending through Kensington and south into Kingsford. The suburb is shaped by the University of New South Wales, the National Institute of Dramatic Art, Moore Park and Randwick Racecourse, and is served by frequent buses and the CBD and South East Light Rail.

Kensington is a neighbourhood trading strip, with shopfronts and medical or consulting suites fitted into the university-influenced Anzac Parade frontage. Zetland, Randwick and Waterloo are nearby markets.
