Kelmscott

Kelmscott is a south-eastern Perth suburb in the City of Armadale, about 24 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Albany Highway is the principal commercial road, with Gillam Drive providing another local address. The Canning River bisects the suburb, separating the shopping and light-industrial areas on the coastal plain from the rising Darling Scarp. Kelmscott railway station is in the suburb's CBD on the Armadale line.

Kelmscott is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories alongside medical or consulting suites in an established suburban centre. Armadale, Forrestdale and Maddington are nearby markets.
