Kangaroo Point is an inner southern Brisbane suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 1 kilometre from the Brisbane CBD. Main Street runs along the peninsula from the Story Bridge to the South East Freeway, with the river, Kangaroo Point Cliffs and the Story Bridge defining the setting. The suburb is connected to the CBD by the Story Bridge, Captain Cook Bridge and the Kangaroo Point Green Bridge, with ferry and bus services nearby.

Kangaroo Point is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites accommodated in a dense inner-city setting. East Brisbane, Woolloongabba and Brisbane City are nearby markets.
