Joondalup

Joondalup is the central business district and primary urban centre of Perth's outer northern suburbs in the City of Joondalup, about 25 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Grand Boulevard forms the commercial centre, with Lakeside Joondalup adjoining Joondalup railway station and the retail core. The suburb is bounded by Mitchell Freeway and Lake Joondalup and also contains Edith Cowan University, North Metropolitan TAFE and Joondalup Health Campus.

Joondalup is a metropolitan office centre, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites supporting a major outer-metropolitan civic, education and health centre. Wanneroo, Clarkson and Neerabup are nearby markets.
