Invermay

Invermay is a locality in the City of Launceston, close to Launceston's centre. Gilmore Street and Churchill Park Drive sit within a riverside area on the eastern side of the Tamar River and north of the North Esk River. Invermay is home to York Park, the Inveresk cultural precinct, the University of Tasmania campus and Riverbend Park.

Invermay is a mixed commercial market, with warehouses and factories, office suites and floors, and shopfronts sharing a locality shaped by cultural, education and employment uses. Launceston, Waverley and Kings Meadows are nearby markets.
