Idalia

Idalia is a southern suburb in the City of Townsville. Milne Street and Oonoonba Road sit within a suburb bounded by the North Coast railway line, Racecourse Road, Stuart Drive and the Ross River. The Bruce Highway runs along the southern boundary, and the suburb includes the Fairfield Waters subdivision with three saltwater lakes.

Idalia is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories forming the main commercial stock, alongside medical or consulting suites for local services. Hermit Park, Pimlico and Wulguru are nearby markets.
