Hunters Hill is a peninsula suburb in Northern Sydney and the administrative centre of the Municipality of Hunter's Hill, about 7 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Gladesville Road is the main commercial spine, with the major commercial area around its intersection with Ryde Road near the Burns Bay Road overpass and Hunters Hill Hotel. The peninsula separates the Lane Cove and Parramatta Rivers and is served by buses and nearby ferry wharves.

Hunters Hill is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites and hospitality premises fitted into a small, established commercial setting. Gladesville, Drummoyne and Lane Cove are nearby leasing markets.
