Hume

Hume is a light-industrial suburb of Canberra in Tuggeranong, about 14 kilometres from the Canberra CBD. Val Reid Crescent and Couranga Crescent provide an estate-style street setting within a suburb with no significant housing development. Hume is adjacent to the District of Jerrabomberra in New South Wales and is also home to the Alexander Maconochie Centre.

Hume is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories occupying the suburb's employment land. Wanniassa, Queanbeyan West and Greenway are nearby commercial areas.
