Hope Island

Hope Island is a northern Gold Coast suburb in the City of Gold Coast, about 56 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Its commercial activity is centred on Activa Way Springfield Drive and Central Road, alongside the Sanctuary Cove Marine Village at Masthead Way. The suburb is bounded by the Coomera River and Saltwater Creek, with Hope Harbour providing boat access to the river.

Hope Island is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors serving the suburb's residential and marina communities. Some premises also take the form of warehouses and factories. Coomera, Helensvale and Oxenford provide useful nearby comparisons.
