Gungahlin is a Canberra suburb in the Gungahlin district, about 11 kilometres from the Canberra CBD. Gribble Street sits within the Gungahlin Town Centre, a dense suburban centre whose light rail endpoint connects it with Civic.

Gungahlin is an office and consulting market, with shopfronts, medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors arranged around the town centre. Mitchell, Dickson and Bruce are nearby commercial reference points.
