Granville

Granville is a suburb in Western Sydney within the City of Parramatta, about 19 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Parramatta Road forms a major-road commercial centre through the suburb, with Granville Town Hall and the Crest Theatre among its heritage-listed buildings. The suburb is divided from South Granville by a group of local streets and from Auburn by the Duck River.

Granville is an industrial and distribution precinct with warehouses and factories, medical or consulting suites, and office suites and floors. The stock suits trade, business and service occupiers in an established western Sydney corridor. Clyde, Rosehill and Parramatta are nearby commercial areas.
