Fyansford

Fyansford is a township on the western edge of Geelong in the City of Greater Geelong, about 69 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Hamilton Highway is the main road through the town and its commercial setting. The junction of the Barwon and Moorabool rivers, the Old Fyansford Bridge and the former cement works give the area a distinctive industrial history.

Fyansford is an industrial and distribution precinct suited to warehouses and factories. Its commercial character reflects the area's long industrial use, including flour milling, paper production and cement manufacturing. Newtown, Geelong West and Geelong are the closest broader commercial markets.
