Erskineville

Erskineville is an inner-western suburb in the City of Sydney, about 5 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. King Street is the principal commercial road along the suburb's western side, while Sydney Park Road connects the area with Alexandria and St Peters. The suburb is predominantly residential and includes Erskineville Oval and several heritage conservation areas.

Erskineville has a mixed commercial market, with medical or consulting suites and warehouses and factories appearing within a predominantly residential inner-city setting. Newtown, Enmore and Alexandria are nearby commercial comparisons.
