Edgecliff is a small Eastern Suburbs suburb in the Municipality of Woollahra, about 3 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. New South Head Road is the commercial centre, with the Edgecliff Centre providing retail space and office space above and Eastpoint positioned over Edgecliff railway station. The station is paired with a bus interchange.

Edgecliff has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites concentrated around the transport interchange and New South Head Road. Double Bay, Paddington and Potts Point are nearby commercial comparisons.
