Eastwood

Eastwood is a small inner-southern suburb in Burnside, about 2 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Greenhill Road forms the northern edge beside the Adelaide Parklands, while Glen Osmond Road and Fullarton Road define the suburb's other main approaches. The suburb also contains the Australian headquarters of Bridgestone.

Eastwood has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites in a compact inner metropolitan setting. Dulwich, Parkside and Rose Park provide nearby commercial comparisons.
