Eastwood

Eastwood is a suburban centre in the City of Ryde, about 14 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Rowe Street is the main trading strip around Eastwood railway station, with pedestrianised sections, cafes and shopping centres. The station is on the Main Northern railway line and is supported by bus services.

Eastwood has an office and consulting market, with shopfronts along the station-centred retail district, supported by medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors. Its commercial core is a busy suburban centre rather than a standalone tower district. West Ryde, Epping and Meadowbank are nearby comparisons.
