East Perth

East Perth is an inner suburb in the City of Perth, about 1 kilometre from the Perth CBD. Royal Street forms a commercial and transport spine through an area shaped by urban renewal, Claise Brook and Claisebrook Cove. East Perth is also a major rail and coach hub, with the Red CAT connecting it to the central city.

East Perth has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites suited to an inner-city setting beside the Perth CBD. The suburb's former industrial land and railway uses have given way to a mixed urban neighbourhood. Perth, Northbridge and Mount Lawley are nearby reference markets.
