East Arm

East Arm is a Darwin suburb overlooking the East Arm of Darwin Harbour, about 8 kilometres from the Darwin CBD. Export Drive is the main industrial spine, with Dawson Street providing another access route. The suburb occupies a harbour peninsula bounded by Blesser Creek, Frances Bay, East Arm and Hudson Creek, on the traditional land and waterways of the Larrakia people.

East Arm is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to port, freight, storage and industrial operations. The harbour setting and peninsula access give the commercial area a dedicated logistics character. Berrimah, Pinelands and Winnellie are nearby industrial comparisons.
