Eagle Farm is an eastern industrial suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 8 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Kingsford Smith Drive is the main road through the suburb, with Cullen Avenue and Fison Avenue serving the Australia TradeCoast employment area. The suburb is bounded by the Brisbane River and includes Gateway Motorway connections, the former Doomben-Pinkenba railway corridor and heritage sites such as Hangar No. 7.

Eagle Farm is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to logistics, manufacturing, aviation and port-related businesses. Its commercial form is defined by major road connections and the wider Australia TradeCoast employment zone. Hamilton, Ascot and Hendra are nearby commercial comparisons.
