Devonport

Devonport is a port city in the City of Devonport at the mouth of the Mersey River on Tasmania's north-west coast. Rooke Street is the principal town-centre strip, with Best Street and Formby Road supporting the central commercial area. Devonport is Tasmania's busiest freight port and has the Spirit of Tasmania passenger terminal, as well as road, rail, ferry, air and bus connections.

Devonport is a neighbourhood trading strip, with shopfronts and office suites and floors serving a regional port city and its surrounding agricultural, manufacturing and tourism industries.
