Derrimut

Derrimut is a western Melbourne suburb in the City of Brimbank, about 17 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Makland Drive is a principal industrial route, with West Court serving the surrounding employment area. The suburb is a recent development bounded by the Western Ring Road and includes the Deer Park Bypass, with Deer Park railway station the closest station.

Derrimut is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to logistics, manufacturing and trade occupiers. Road access to the bypass, Western Freeway and ring road is central to the area's commercial form. Deer Park, Truganina and Ravenhall are nearby industrial markets.
