Dee Why

Dee Why is a coastal suburb and administrative centre of Northern Beaches Council, about 15 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Pittwater Road is the main commercial strip, with shop-top buildings and later larger developments extending towards Fisher Road and the beach. The suburb includes Dee Why Beach, Dee Why Lagoon, Stony Range Botanic Garden and a high-frequency B-Line stop on Pittwater Road.

Dee Why is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites, office suites and floors and shopfronts fitted into a dense coastal town centre. The stock combines professional and health services with active street-level trading. Cromer, Collaroy and Freshwater are nearby commercial areas.
