Currumbin Waters is a suburb in the City of Gold Coast, about 87 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Creek Road is the main commercial route, with Davall Street and Galleon Way serving the broader suburb. Currumbin Creek runs through the area, and an industrial estate occupies the north-east south of the creek, alongside residential and rural land uses.

Currumbin Waters is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories concentrated in the industrial estate and suited to trade, storage and service businesses.
