Croydon

Croydon is an Inner West suburb of Sydney in the Inner West Council, about 9 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial centre is The Strand, a railway-side trading strip south of the station, with older specialist businesses around Edwin Street to the north. Croydon railway station is served by the Inner West & Leppington Line, while Parramatta Road forms the northern boundary.

Croydon is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors concentrated around the station and specialist businesses in the older commercial precinct. Warehouses and factories reflect the suburb's remaining industrial heritage. Ashfield, Burwood and Five Dock provide nearby commercial comparisons.
