Crows Nest is a lower North Shore Sydney suburb in the Municipality of North Sydney, about 5 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Pacific Highway and Alexander Street serve a significant commercial district centred on the junction of five main roads, with a wide range of shops and restaurants and access to the Warringah Freeway.

The office and consulting market is concentrated in office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites within a mature inner suburban business centre. Comparable locations include St Leonards, North Sydney and Neutral Bay.
