Crestmead is a suburb in Logan City, about 25 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Magnesium Drive is part of the Crestmead Industrial Estate on the western side of the suburb, a dedicated employment area for light to medium industry with round-the-clock operating potential.

The industrial and distribution precinct is centred on warehouses and factories suited to logistics, production and trade-based businesses. Nearby markets include Park Ridge, Berrinba and Browns Plains.
