Coomera is a town and suburb in the City of Gold Coast, about 52 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Waterway Drive and Hickey Street sit beside the Pacific Motorway, with the Coomera River forming the southern boundary and the Gold Coast hinterland nearby.

The industrial and distribution precinct includes warehouses and factories alongside office suites and floors supporting a growing corridor location. Nearby markets include Upper Coomera, Hope Island and Pimpama.
