Chermside is a northern Brisbane suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 9 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Gympie Road is the commercial centre and main road, anchored by Westfield Chermside and supported by Banfield Street and Rode Road. The suburb's major bus station sits beside the shopping centre and connects it with Brisbane, hospitals, universities and surrounding suburbs.

Chermside is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors serving a major northern suburban centre. Kedron, Geebung and Aspley are useful comparison markets.
