Chelsea Heights is a south-eastern Melbourne suburb in the City of Kingston, about 29 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Wells Road is the main road through the suburb, with Ashley Park Drive and Hartwood Court forming part of the local street network. The suburb contains schools, sporting clubs and the Bayside Trail, which runs north towards Port Melbourne.

Chelsea Heights is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories and medical or consulting suites in a suburban employment setting. Chelsea, Braeside and Keysborough provide nearby comparison markets.
