Carnegie

Carnegie is a south-east Melbourne suburb in the City of Glen Eira, about 12 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Koornang Road is the commercial centre and an established eat street lined with cafes and restaurants between Dandenong Road and Neerim Road. Carnegie station serves the northern part of the strip, and tram route 67 terminates just south of the shopping centre.

Carnegie is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors positioned around a busy neighbourhood centre. Malvern East, Murrumbeena and Ormond are useful comparison suburbs.
