Canterbury

Canterbury is a south-western Sydney suburb in the City of Canterbury-Bankstown, about 10 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Canterbury Road is the main road and commercial corridor, with mixed-use development extending through Broughton Street and Charles Street. The station precinct includes shopping, dining and community uses, while Canterbury Road crosses the Cooks River and links the inner suburbs with Bankstown.

Canterbury is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites and shopfronts within a mixed-use corridor. Campsie, Belmore and Dulwich Hill are close comparison markets.
