Cannon Hill is an eastern Brisbane suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 7 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Southgate Avenue and Corporate Drive form a business-oriented local centre, while Wynnum Road is the main road corridor through the suburb. Cannon Hill railway station and bus station provide regular connections to Brisbane, Cleveland, Carindale and other major destinations.

Cannon Hill is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites, office suites and floors and shopfronts suited to a suburban business centre. Morningside, Murarrie and Carina are useful surrounding comparisons.
