Camellia

Camellia is an industrial suburb in the City of Parramatta, about 17 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Grand Avenue is the main road through the precinct, with James Ruse Drive providing the principal north-south connection. The suburb is bounded by the Parramatta River, Clay Cliff Creek and Duck River, and includes industrial, logistics, manufacturing and warehouse businesses as well as the Rosehill Gardens light rail stop.

The stock is concentrated in a predominantly industrial and commercial setting with major road, river and transport infrastructure. Rosehill, Rydalmere and Silverwater are nearby commercial areas.
