Caboolture South

Caboolture South is a suburb in the City of Moreton Bay, about 42 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Morayfield Road is the main road through the suburb, with Blue Gum Terrace and Jacaranda Avenue connecting local commercial areas. The Caboolture River and Cundoor Creek shape the suburb, while the North Coast railway line divides residential areas west of the line from industrial and agricultural land to the east.

Caboolture South is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories, medical or consulting suites, and office suites and floors. The stock is concentrated on the industrial side of the railway corridor, with supporting professional and service premises. Morayfield, Caboolture and Burpengary are nearby commercial areas.
