Burwood

Burwood is an inner eastern Melbourne suburb in the City of Monash, about 13 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Highbury Road is a main east-west road, with Huntingdale Road and Millicent Street providing local connections. The suburb includes Deakin University's large Burwood campus, Wattle Park and tram routes 70 and 75, while its main shopping centre is at Warrigal Road and Burwood Highway.

Burwood is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories supported by office suites and floors. Premises serve a broad suburban catchment alongside the university and major road network, with practical space for storage, trade and business operations. Ashburton, Box Hill South and Surrey Hills are nearby commercial areas.
