Bundaberg North

Bundaberg North is a suburb of Bundaberg in the Bundaberg Region, north of the Burnett River and opposite the Bundaberg CBD. Gavin Street is a local shopping centre road, while Mount Perry Road connects the northern commercial area to the wider city. The suburb includes the Hinkler Aviation Museum and Botanic Gardens, alongside residential areas, sugarcane farmland and light industry.

Bundaberg North is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories supported by office suites and floors in local commercial premises. Medical or consulting suites add a service layer around the activity centres and main roads. Bundaberg Central, Bundaberg East and Kensington are the nearest comparison markets.
