Broadbeach is a coastal Gold Coast suburb in the City of Gold Coast, about 74 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Queensland Avenue is a local trading strip, complemented by the hospitality and visitor activity around Surf Parade and the Gold Coast Highway. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is a prominent landmark, and the suburb includes the heritage-listed Seal Sculpture.
