Brendale

Brendale is an industrial suburb in the City of Moreton Bay, about 17 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. It lies immediately south of Strathpine on the South Pine River, with South Pine Road serving as a main road through the estate. The suburb also contains the South Pine electrical substation and a waste treatment plant, while Strathpine railway station is the nearest train station.

Brendale is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories forming the core commercial stock. Premises are suited to storage, manufacturing and operational businesses in a purpose-built industrial setting. Strathpine, Lawnton and Petrie are the closest surrounding commercial areas.
