Braemar

Braemar is a northern village in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, within Wingecarribee Shire, about 91 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Pikkat Drive is the principal local estate spine, with Drapers Road and Tyree Place serving the surrounding village area. Braemar lies about two kilometres north-east of Mittagong and is often considered to include Balaclava and Willow Vale.

Braemar is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to practical business, storage and trade uses. Its village setting and proximity to Mittagong place it within the wider Southern Highlands commercial catchment. Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale are useful comparisons.
