Bradfield

NSW 2556

Bradfield is a new suburb in South Western Sydney, about 46 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. The Northern Road is the principal road along the south-western boundary, with Mersey Road and Severn Road forming part of the planned street network. The suburb is intended to be served by Bradfield station on the Western Sydney Airport metro line, with further transport infrastructure planned around the station.

Bradfield is an industrial and distribution precinct, with development sites and warehouses and factories as the permitted commercial stock. The planned transport and growth setting support future employment and operational uses within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. Ingleburn, Austral and Kemps Creek are useful comparisons.
