Box Hill

Box Hill is an eastern Melbourne suburb in the City of Whitehorse, about 14 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Whitehorse Road and Station Street form the central commercial city block, anchored by Box Hill Central and a substantial transport interchange. Box Hill railway station is served by the Belgrave and Lilydale lines, with buses, tram route 109 and V/Line coaches connecting the centre across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Box Hill is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites suited to a major suburban centre with its own CBD. The shopping, hospital and transport precinct gives the market a strong regional service role. Mont Albert, Box Hill South and Surrey Hills are useful comparisons.
